EVNT Fauna Species Survey

Queensland Fauna Consultancy (QFC) provides targeted Endangered, Vulnerable and Near Threatened (EVNT) species survey for species identified through federal and state government databases, previous fauna investigations and historical records. Specific trapping and investigative methods are employed to determine the presence or absence of identified EVNT species within the project area.

Consultants at QFC have been involved in numerous target EVNT species projects across Queensland conducting targeted field investigations for species such as the Koala Phascolarctos cinereus, Golden-tailed Gecko Strophurus taenicauda, Rough Frog Cyclorana verrucosa, Giant Barred Frog Mixophyes iteratus, Palm Cockatoo Probosciger aterrimus, Squatter Pigeon Geophaps scripta scripta,  Yakka Skink Egernia rugosa, Grey Snake Hemiaspis damelii, Dunmall’s Snake Furina dunmalli, Brigalow Scaly Foot Paradelma orientalis, Ornamental Snake Denisonia maculata, Dulacca Woodland Snail Adclarkia dulacca and the Northern Quoll Dasyurus hallucatus.
